Industrial coating at the highest level – 13 specialized coating systems in use
- Large continuous coating system: High-quality industrial coating of components up to 2,700 mm in length with ABB robots – ideal for functional and decorative high-gloss surfaces.
- Medium continuous coating systems I and II: Two ABB robots enable single and double-layer coating as well as double-sided industrial coating using automatic turning stations.
- Small continuous coating systems I and II: Fully automatic industrial coating for components up to one meter in length – including coating on all sides.
- Small parts continuous coating system: For rotationally symmetrical components in large quantities – with automatic masking and IR drying.
- Portal robot system: Flexible semi-automatic system for small series – industrial coating with ABB robot, drying in batch oven.
- Rotary spray machine: For rotationally symmetrical parts – drying by induction or in batch oven.
- Manual coating booth: Ideal for small series, individual parts, and demanding multi-layer coatings based on water or solvents.
- Spindle pass-through system I: Cleaning with CO₂ snow or dry ice, industrial coating of components up to 600 mm, drying up to 180 °C.
- Spindle flow systems II and III: High-speed rotary atomizer and E-static for solvent-based coatings – industrial coating up to 600 mm, drying up to 180 °C.

What materials can be processed?
Stoz processes a wide range of materials, including plastic, carbon, metal, steel, stainless steel, brass, die-cast zinc, die-cast aluminum, cast steel, and magnesium. Components made of wood cannot be processed, nor can any stationary components such as bridges, houses, facades, etc.
What are the maximum component sizes and weights that can be processed?
The maximum component size that can be processed is 2700 mm in length. The maximum weight for coating is approximately 150 kg. Components weighing up to a maximum of 400 kg can be pretreated with wet chemicals, degreased, or passivated.
Which industries are served?
Stoz serves all industries, including aerospace, rail, automotive, two-wheeled vehicles, sanitary engineering, general industry, and industrial engineering.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of items for orders?
No, Stoz coats everything from prototypes to small batches to large series. With our extensive range of machinery, we have the right solution for any quantity.
Which coatings can be coated?
We process all liquid coat systems. We work with all coating manufacturers, including PPG, Akzo Nobel, Axalta, BASF, Hempel, Mankiewicz, FreiLacke, Peter-Lacke, Votteler Lackfabrik, Berlac AG, KABE-Farben, Weckerle, Weilbuger, and many more. The only restrictions apply to certain UV coats and coats that are prohibited for use in accordance with the applicable regulations.
